The corresponding author contacted the Journal Editor with a request to move “William H. Theodore, MD, FAES " and “Annapurna Poduri, MD, MPH, FAES” from acknowledgment section to the author byline, citing their significant contributions to the development of the manuscript.
William H. Theodore served as co-leader of the task force. Annapurna Poduri was an active participant in the task force activities. Both contributed to drafting the recommendations and manuscript preparations.
