Abstract
The Journal Editor and Sage Publications hereby issue an expression of concern for the following article:

Sage was alerted to a discussion surrounding the article on PubPeer.
Concerns were raised about potential duplication of images in the following panels in Figure 5B:
N-cadherin – COE 40 mg/kg and N-cadherin – Capecitabine 267 mg/kg
The authors were asked to provide the original images for Figure 5B. The images for panel N-cadherin – COE 40 mg/kg did not reach the expected quality for original images. Because of the unresolved concerns about the two panels in Figure 5B, the Journal Editor and Sage issue an expression of concern to alert readers that these images have not been verified. The Journal Editor confirms that the concerns about the images in Figure 5B do not alter the findings of the paper.
