Imagery has been utilized as a technique for curing allergies for the last 10 years. Imaging is the Internet that we use to communicate within the self. It is the use of both recalled and constructed images utilizing not only visual but auditory, kinaesthetic and olfactory communication channels. The therapeutic methodology will be described. A similar mind/body approach allows us to utilize imagery as an alternative therapy for auto-immune disorders (e.g., Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus Erythematosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis).
