The immune system does much more than help you recover from a cold or flu. It locates and tries to digest anything, living or inert, that's identified as not being you. In short, its job description is to connect us with the world while keeping us safe and distinct. Clients often do not understand the importance of their immune system, how it works, or how to nurture it and keep it strong. This article describes a variety of approaches, including imagery, Ayurveda, and nutrition, that you can teach your clients, so that they can better care for and feed their immune systems.
