Fig 3B GAPDH panel appears to be highly similar to Fig 5B AKT panel Fig 6E mTOR panel appears to be highly similar to Fig 5E mTOR panel in a previously published article by a different group of authors.1 Fig 4 miR-NC-vector HeLa panel appears to be highly similar to Fig 2 GT3TKB LV3-NC panel in a previously published article by a different group of authors.1 Fig 4 miR-NC-B7H3 HeLa panel appears to be highly similar to Fig 2 miR-375-inhibitors panel in a previously published article by a different group of authors.1
The authors have been unresponsive to the journal’s requests for comment or raw, underlying images.
Due to unresolved concerns about image integrity, that call into question the validity of the findings, the Executive Editor retracts the article.
The authors did not respond to the final notice.
