By adding branches to endografts, we can dramatically increase the number of aneurysm patients treatable by an endovascular approach. There are two techniques for including aortic branches in endovascular reconstructions: fenestration of the stent-graft and endovascular bypass using a branched stent-graft. This review will cover applicability of these two techniques in various aortic aneurysm locations.
