Abstract
The following article has been retracted at the request of the Journal Editor and Publisher:

The authors contacted the Journal Editor and Sage with a request to correct their article. The authors had been contacted by readers who had noticed that the authors had duplicated images in the article, specifically:
A) The image in Figure 3(1) is duplicated in Figure 3(15)
B) The image in Figure 4(1) is duplicated in Figure 4(15)
Sage requested an explanation from the authors regarding concerns with Figures 3 and 4, including the reuse of images and the availability of underlying data. The authors stated that the image reuse was inadvertent and provided the raw images for Figure 3. However, they were unable to provide the underlying raw data for the affected panel of Figure 4 and instead supplied replacement data.
The Journal Editor and Sage assessed the replacement data provided by the authors and found that it did not correspond to the published figure. As a result, the reliability of the findings associated with this panel cannot be verified.
Due to the concerns about the replacement data that call into question the reliability of the findings the Journal Editor and Sage retract the article.
Prior to the retraction, the author-initiated correction was published in error while the article was being investigated for the aforementioned concerns.
The authors did not agree with the retraction when informed of the decision.
