Erratum

Abstract

In this article, Dr. Shapiro's credentials were listed incorrectly in the article byline. She should have been listed as Susan Shapiro, PhD, RN. On p.188 of the same article, in the column labeled "Results and Findings, the words "11% increase in % care provided by RNs on medical surgical units; 5% increase in step down units" were included in error.
