Abstract
This policy highlight alerts readers to the recently released (January 2004) report titled “Insuring America’s Health: Principles and Recommendations.” The report calls for universal health coverage by 2010, compares proposed solutions to the problem of a growing uninsured population, and details five principles to use to compare and judge current and future options.
