Abstract
The writer, as the current director of the Katharine J. Densford International Center for Nursing Leadership, reflects on the work and history of the Center and the accomplishments of its founder, Katharine J. Densford. The Center today is a think-tank and action center that fosters nursing leadership through the opeationalization of four key values: leadership, collaboration, creativity, and diversity.
