Abstract
This article demonstrates the use of word processing commands for the creation of sections of diagnostic reports, intervention plans, progress summaries. The use of basic word processing program commands for searching and finding key words in a core report is illustrated. Examples of ways to use word processing programs to save time and effort as well as to customize reports are provided. Additionally, use of chaining sequences for the creation of templates for writing objectives is described as a method of creating a customized intervention plan in an efficient fashion.
