Abstract
These articles summarise reseach projects in lighting and related subjects which are presently being investigated at reseach institutions in the UK and overseas. They have been prepared both to inform research workers of studies being undertaken elsewhere in their own or associated fields of interest and to give to those with a general interest in lighting an appreciation of the trends of current research.
