Considering the high coupling between different variables and data characteristics, based on automatic coding machine, an improved RBF neural network model is proposed in this paper, and the adaptive data sample processing method is adopt to study the response mechanism of enterprise technological innovation. The new energy vehicle enterprises are taken as examples, the characteristics and mechanism variables are integrated to conduct sensitivity regulation on the response mechanism of enterprise technological innovation. The proposed model has strong universality in the study of enterprise technological innovation.
