Abstract
Amid the fast-paced modern lifestyle, a growing number of individuals face difficulties with sleep. To tackle this persistent issue, our research introduces a personalized sleep-aid system which relies on multidimensional physiological characteristics. This cutting-edge system combines advanced deep learning technologies with state-of-the-art devices for collecting physiological signals, facilitating the real-time monitoring of vital physiological indicators like heart rate and respiration. Utilizing this information, the system generates personalized music for promoting better sleep, thereby enhancing overall sleep quality. Empirical evaluations demonstrate the effectiveness of the system in improving sleep quality, displaying significant advantages across diverse PSQI dimensions. Essentially, this study introduces an innovative tool for modern society, combining physiological signal collection with deep learning to provide better sleep assistance.
