Abstract
An action for injunction and to recover damages with respect to a nuisance arising from the Local Board depositing and permitting to be deposited rubbish in an old gravel pit at the back of plaintiff's house, and also, it was alleged, that the plaintiff's daughter had contracted scarlet fever from the state of the gravel pit. Jury found for plaintiff on the question of general damaye only £100.
