THIS Conference was held at the Institute,on Tuesday,i8th November,under the Chairmanship of Professor A. Bostock Hill,M.Sc.,M.D.,D.P.H. It was attended by 250 representatives of local authorities,fishery boards,government departments,&c.,and others interested in the subject.
