Sage was made aware that this article contains overlapping material, without sufficient attribution, with the following article:

Specifically, Figures 10, 12 and 13 in the Engineering Structures article correspond to Figures 11, 13 and 12 in the Sage article, respectively. Figures 11-13 in the Sage article also appeared in various other articles, published in Mandarin, with overlapping author groups.
The authors state that the first author of the Engineering Structures article, C. Wang, allowed them to reproduce these figures. However, the authors were not able to provide the appropriate copyright permission to republish these figures in their article, and C. Wang was not on the author byline of all the articles in Mandarin.
Given the unattributed overlap and lack of copyright permission to re-use these figures, this article has been retracted by Sage and the Journal Editors.
The authors did not respond to the decision to retract.
