The paper deals with new approaches to the creation of multi-channel biomagnetic systems based on SQUIDs. A modular concept is advanced for a system using invertible dewars. A new sensor circuit is suggested, consisting of two DC-SQUIDs. Non-traditional designs of other system components are discussed.
