Abstract
In a study of patients suffering from emotional disorders in a lower-class suburban housing development in Israel, HOEK found considerable differences between the European and Afro-Asian sections of the populations as regards complaints, use of services, and expressed needs of patients. NAGLER describes some of the emotional problems encountered in children and adolescents raised in Kibbutz and relates these problems to the unique character of the Kibbutzim subculture.
