Leslie Bunt — Interviewed by Cathy Durham

Abstract

Leslie Bunt is Professor of Music Therapy at the University of the West of England (UWE). He is the Director of MusicSpace, Director of the Bristol University training course also based in Bologna, and is a Research Fellow at Bristol University. Leslie maintains a clinical practice with children and cancer patients. He recently trained in the use of Guided Imagery in Music (GIM). Leslie is a Vice-President and past Chair of the BSMT, and a member of the APMT's Advisory Council. He is chairing the Scientific Committee for the World Conference to be held in Oxford in 2002.

Cathy Durham holds a Research Fellowship in Music Therapy at the University of the West of England. Her research is exploring group processes with adults with learning disabilities. Cathy is a tutor on the Bristol and Cardiff courses. She is a member of the APMT Executive Committee and the Scientific Committee for the World Conference.
