Abstract
The claim related to treatment Crystal Higgs received at Edgware Community Hospital, London, for a serious psychiatric condition. She was inappropriately allowed to go to a shop near the hospital, with only a student nurse. Crystal was not supervised properly by the student nurse and jumped to her death from a multi storey car park.
