In the ‘Methodology’ section of the print edition of the above paper, the following errata should be noted:
On pp 1087 and 1088, the symbol ϕ should be replaced by θ. On p 1087, the line immediately below Equation (1) should read ‘where θ is the efficiency score of DMU…’ (not ‘where ϕ is the inverse of the efficiency score of DMU…‘).
This corrigendum applies only to the print edition: the online edition of the paper is correct as it stands (http://www.ingentaconnect.com/content/ip/tec/2012/00000018/00000005/art00010).
