In the above-mentioned article, the authors missed attaching a footnote to the title, after the word “Palestinian-Arab”.
The footnote to be added is:
We use the hyphenated term Palestinian-Arab to balance between participants’ self-identification as Arabs, and the term that is commonly used to refer to this group, namely Palestinians holding Israeli citizenship. In the interviews and the workshop explored in this study, most Palestinian-Arab participants defined themselves as ‘Arab’, with the exception of one individual who identified as Palestinian-Arab. These findings are consistent with extensive research about the dual identities among Palestinians with Israeli citizenship (e.g., Mana et al., 2015; Rabinowitz & Abu-Baker, 2005).
The references used in the footnote are. They should be added in the reference list:
Mana, A., Sagy, S., Srour, A., & Mjally-Knani, S. (2015). On both sides of the fence: Perceptions of collective narratives and identity strategies among Palestinians in Israel and in the West Bank. Mind & Society, 14(1), 57–83.
Rabinowitz, D., & Abu-Baker, K. (2005). Coffins on our Shoulders: The Experience of Palestinians in Israel. Berkeley: The University of California Press.
This has been corrected in the online version of the paper.
