Management educators are now tasked with the responsibility to identify novel ways to reach students, while working under the technologically enabled conditions established by digital transformation, and constantly changing, with the ongoing introduction of new technological advancements. In this editorial, we argue that one potential way to effectively reach students would be to foreground pedagogical efforts in participatory learning.
