We report a case of systemic follicular B-cell lymphoma presenting with widespread skin lesions.
Objective:
The clinical features, histology, and treatment of primary and secondary cutaneous follicular lymphomas are discussed.
Conclusion:
The demonstration of chromosome 14; 18 translocation in the skin that is commonly found in primary, but rare in secondary, cutaneous follicular lymphoma can be helpful in confirming the diagnosis.
