The clinical aspects, imaging and therapy of Transient Osteoporisis of the Hip (TOH) were examined. Eleven patients, three during pregnancy, were observed. Our conclusion is that magnetic resonance (MR) has a very important role in the diagnosis monitoring of this pathology.
