This paper describes the California Bureau of Home Furmshmgs - Insulation Pro gram round robin fire safety, second round testing results for Cellulose Insulation material. The results of the California Bureau of Home Furnishings proficiency test ing program from manufacturer's in-house quality control testing laboratories and other National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) accredited laboratories are given. Tables show the statistical results of data submitted by partici pating laboratories for critical radiant flux and smoldering combustion.
