This article reports results of a background study for a proposed baccalaureate
hospitality program for a business school in a state university. Data were obtained
through interviews with program directors of business school hospitality programs
and program literature. The comparisons and projections reported here will be of
interest to individuals working with or contemplating such a program.Key
