The practical application of the cognitive style concept has been a problem
that has received a considerable amount of attention from educational researchers
and practitioners. This paper reports research, performed in the classroom, and
using management/supervisory students as participants, that attempted to
examine the responses of students to experiential learning along cognitive style
dimensions.
