Abstract
Decision making is characterized by great uncertainty due to the increased complexity of the decision-making environment and the increased rate of change. To address the uncertainty of this decision-making system and the dynamic updating environment, we adopt grey numbers to represent uncertain information, construct a three-way decision-making model by using the relevant methods of grey theory, discuss the methods of three-way decision-making in the dynamic environment, and propose a novel dynamic grey three-way decision method. Firstly, based on the delay cost and the grey bull's-eye distance, we construct the adaptive conditional probability over time and the relative loss function of different decision-making actions, and put forward the calculations of threshold and decision rules. What's more, we analyze the changing of conditional probabilities and thresholds, and design the innovative grey three-way decision methods based on the two specific situations of the change of in decision attributes. Finally, a case validates the applicability of our proposed model.
