Abstract
A 5-year-old girl with autism assigned to my classroom is opposed to eating all but a limited variety offoods, andeven then she is a “picky” eater. My students are provided a hot lunch from the cafeteria, but since the menu varies daily, the ogerings frequc_ntly fail to match her limited food tolerance. When 1 have triedforcing her to eat she tantrums and vomits. I am concerned about this child not eating, but I don't know what to do. Her parents experience similar problems at home.
