Abstract

Purpose: Public service transformation is pivotal for enhancing urban community welfare. Through innovative strategies, technology, and community engagement, this effort aims to deliver services that are more efficient, responsive, and aligned with community needs. Method: Employs quantitative methods, utilizing Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), to explore the dimensions and potential impacts of this transformational journey. Finding: The study on public service transformation in Bandung City highlights the significance of enhancing community welfare through improved quality of life, increased public satisfaction, and strengthened government trust. The transformation has improved access to services, reduced complaints, and boosted public perception of service quality. Emphasis on transparency, accountability, and data security has fostered public trust. The government’s success in meeting community needs underscores the importance of public service transformation in promoting shared prosperity.
