Abstract
To address the influx of a diverse population of students, Michigan's Olivet College undertook nothing less than a complete overhaul of its curriculum. In an effort to increase student awareness of diversity and address the diverse needs of students, it created the Olivet Plan—a combination of academic and cocurricular initiatives.
