Abstract
Managed care is changing the way home health providers do business. Information system ven dors need to be responsive to the changing needs of their clients. At a minimum, information systems should be evaluated in the same fashion that managed care organizations are evaluating home health services, that is, from the perspective of cost, quality, and service.
