The health care reform debate in Vermont

Abstract

Health care reform is not easy. In Vermont, politicians, health planners, providers, and the public have learned that it is easier to talk about health care reform than to do it. This article details some of the struggles Vermonters have had over the past 3 years in trying to develop a program of universal access to health care services for Vermonters.
