The article shares the information gathered for a 1-year period by a home health care agency regard ing the outcomes achieved with the care of patients with fractured hips. The study shows the functional gains made through therapy in the home care setting. Physical therapy and occupational therapy short-term goal guidelines are presented for consideration as well.
