Abstract
This article explores the relationship between early childhood moral development and moral dilemmas as it relates to employee training and continuing education in health care organizations. Additionally, this article seeks to explore three intentional strategies (narratives, bibliotherapy, and the analytical process for problem solving) to train employees who are faced with moral dilemmas in the health care workplace.
