Abstract
It appears that home care staff has achieved a level of comfort with OASIS-C. The July release of the Q&As revealed a shorter list of questions, and some of those were questions that do not have concrete answers. Clinicians are honing in on some of the finer points of the data set in areas where professional judgment must be used to determine the best answer.
