Abstract
The inclusion of “process measures” in the OASIS-C data set is a deviation from what home care providers have viewed as the “norm.” To some, these new questions seem out of place. This article seeks to clarify the reasons for the inclusion of process measures and some of the concerns surrounding interpretation of these new data items.
