Abstract
Home care managers today have to answer to many masters. Someone always wants something!—yesterday!! This article discusses some techniques that can be used to help control the many demands on the manager’s time and demonstrates how to plan and organize the completion of a multifaceted project by its due date in spite of the demands of day-to-day operations. In essence, this article reviews the basics of project management.
