Abstract
Identifying the many benefits of home care to referral sources becomes an invitation for creative thinking and problem solving for agency senior management and the home care staff that work at intake points. Active participation by home care personnel in the development of strategies to meet the referral source's patient care objectives and fiscal goals is the cornerstone of a mutually beneficial relationship.
