Abstract
The new president of the AEJ takes a look at all the four-year colleges and universities in the country and finds that at least 484, besides the 101 listed in Editor & Publisher, offer some instruction in journalism. Their mixed patterns of courses offer a real challenge to the new ACEJ Accrediting Committee.
