Abstract
The editor and publisher of the Graceville (Fla.) News finds that publicists of state agencies tend to overlook the weekly as a distinct channel of communication between government and citizens. This article is based upon Mr. Sellers’ master's thesis at Florida State, where he is now an instructor.
