Abstract
This Indiana publisher received second-class mailing permits for 138 newspapers. He probably had the most extensive chain of small-town weeklies in the nation's history. Mr. Scheiber wrote his master's thesis on Harris at Indiana University. He is now teaching journalism at St. Joseph's College, Rensselaer, Ind.
