Abstract
The St. Paul Pioneer Press and St. Paul Dispatch last month announced a policy of declining all passes and free admissions to amusements and entertainments of every sort. Though many American newspapers follow this policy, their number is still a minority. In the following brief article Mr. Wiggins, editor of the two St. Paul papers, reviews the considerations which led to the papers’ adoption of the policy.
