Abstract
We're great at thinking up ideas. We generate lots of ideas, but we need people to help us carry them out. We tend to get impatient and can be disorganized.
We keep the group on task. We're organized and focused. We're great at carrying things out, but sometimes we get pushy if it's late. We need help in taking care of the group.
We're good listeners. We pay attention to how the group is getting along, who's not contributing, who's feeling left out. We try to make the group work well for everyone.
