Abstract
This rating scale includes ten important principles of motivation and discipline. Its use by parents may be helpful in identifying more effective ways to motivate and discipline their children. *In rating, use the numbers from 1 to 5:1 = ineffective, 5=effective. (If individual items are scored, average the results.)
