Abstract
Leadership relationships in the twenty-first century will provide leaders and collaborators with the momentum to rattle at the cage of the status quo as they deal with the forces of order and chaos in an era where response times are measured in nanoseconds. During such times of creative tension, leadership relationships will seize upon this opportunity for growth and learning in an environment of trust and mutual respect. However, our organizational structures will have to change to enable those in leadership relationships to bring about intended changes for the betterment of the human condition in a global society.
