Training Technical Interest Group—Invited Address Training Research in the 70s: Many Questions and a Few Answers

Abstract

A 10 year review conducted of Training in Work Organizations for the 1980 Annual Review of Psychology will be discussed. The presentation will focus on trends and issues on the following types of topics: needs assessment; evaluation methodology; intervention issues; training for various populations; individual differences methodology; fair employment practices, etc.
