Abstract
This presentation explains four crucial ingredients of a philosophy for “Effective Product Safety Design Review Practices and Procedures” which will be discussed in more detail by the special panel of the Safety Technical Interest Group at the HFS Annual Meeting during October 1979 in Boston, MA. The views presented touch upon practitioner qualification and data-bank growth potential, but do not necessarily reflect the views of the U.S. Army or any group within the Department of Defense.
